Jeremy is a professionally trained and versatile musician. Originally a Tasmanian, but having spent the last 6 years residing in Sydney, Jeremy has studied with some of Australia’s top jazz musicians, most notably Dale Barlow and Steve Mckenna. Jeremy has over 10 years of professional performance experience having performed at the Manly and Wangaratta Jazz Festivals and other venues not limited to The Shangri-La Hotel, The Intercontinental Hotel and The Elephant and Wheelbarrow, Paddington.
Having recently returned from a four month period in Spain where he studied flamenco guitar at the source, Jeremy now studies jazz at the Monash Conservatorium of Music with the best on the Melbourne jazz circuit, Rob Burke and Stephen Magnusson.

Julia Messenger is a singer-songwriter and jazz vocalist based in Melbourne. She performs in all kinds of musical settings - and is enthralled in this instance to hook up with one of Australia's leading Jazz Pianists Sam Keever's (Kate Cebarano, Katie Noonan, VInce Jones). Together this vocal/piano jazz duo perform jazz standards combined with torch songs/ballads. The duo is easily extendable to a trio with double bass and are also happy to add a drummer and horn player when required. Julia’s voice has been likened to such artists as: “Sade, Dido, Norah Jones, Ursula Rucker, Lisa Gerrard, Annie Lennox, Shirley Bassey, Sinead O’Connor and Donna Summer” - although given the diversity of these artists, her style is her own. Dan performed in many bands as a young man before fronting popular Melbourne band “Velveteen”. In ’03 Dan moved to Queensland to pursue a solo career and grow his individual talents of voice and guitar. Since then, his big, male vocal and solid acoustic guitar work have been heard on stages throughout Queensland, Adelaide and more recently since his return in 2010, Melbourne.
