NEW ARTISTS SUBMISSIONS

  ** Kindly note that we do not accept new artist information via email under any circumstances**

Please forward one data CDrom or DVD disc containing the following:

 

a) NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER ( including Home, Business & Mobile )

b) PHOTOS & LOGO

  • Image files to be supplied in jpg (jpeg) format
  • Minimum image size  = 300KB
  • Maximum image size = 2MB

c) AUDIO DEMO

  • Audio file must be supplied in MP3 format
  • Maximum size of file 3MB
  • Submit audio file as a Medley with 3 - 4 mixed tempo songs on the file             

 d) VIDEO FOOTAGE

  • Video files to be supplied in MPEG or WMV format
  • Maximum video file size = 5MB
  • Do not include your contact details on the video file  

e) SONGLIST WITH ORIGINAL ARTISTS NAMES AND YOUR BIOGRAPHY

  • Supply as text using Microsoft Word or PDF files only   

  • Maximum size = 500 MB     

* Please note that if your submission achieves our required standard,  we will include your act on the Uptempo database. 

Website inclusion will be at the discression of management. Submissions are reviewed on a monthly basis.
